whats the easiest/best /fastest way to break into someone elses mail?
a card of some kind arrived in the mail today at my mom's house and i need to open it asap... like before she gets back..
i know.. i know.. real high school isn't it?
but it's addressed to either my dad or brother.. (they have the same name) and my dad is deceased and if it's for him she'll get to thinking bout him and then she'll get depressed so i need to find out who its for so i can dispose of it if it's for my dad.. or at least put it away till later..

boil water in a pot or tea kettle and use the steam to open the seal
works like a charm!!!

thanks guys!! it was for my brother.. *whew!*. i didn't need my mom going into reflection/sadness mode on me today.. okay i'm done committing mail fraud.. carry on..

run hot water in bathroom close door..go in with envelope., peel it open, then to re-stick it use glue.

its easier to use the tea kettle the bathroom (or mine at least) would get too hot; especially on a day like today

yeah.. i would do anything for her.. to be honest (assuming no one up here is a postal inspector) this isn't the first time i've diverted *ahem* some of my dad's mail..
some of his friends or old associates perhaps didn't get hte memo that he passed.. i got an invite once from his job for their alumni dinner.. i called to ask them to remove him fom their list and they got snippy and wanted to know why.. and asked was he no longer will to suppot the alumni of the college.. ugh.
