unless they ask me something specific that I would tell them in private, usually it's just a 'thanks girls'. No need to flood everyone's FM. Although it is exciting to see that FM box pop up!

I do both...if i just happen to see one post at a time then individually, but if when i check again theres several posts i say thanks ladies...But sometimes ppl will have questions or something so i'll answer them

I think a general thank you is just fine.

I hope there's no one that would get offended by not being thanked individually - that's a silly, I think it's understood that all of us are very thankful for all the help!

Oh man...for me, it's my #1 pet peeve on LIW!!!!

I think its over-kill when people respond to everything addressed to them.

Also, it seems like you're trying to bump up your post which is kinda obnoxious.

Do people get offended if you don't respond individually?? I hope not!!!

i think it depends....if someone asks a specific question to one of your post then i would reply separately....if its all general comments...you can ust thank everyone in one post
