What's the latest that any of you have had a guest RSVP that they plan to ATTEND?
I am just wondering because my RSVP was May 1. I have one lady who told me she wants to come, but has been in the hospital, so she hasn't been able to send it in. Of course, that is okay and I will wait for her.
But, there are about 5 more people who I have a feeling plan on attending, but I still have not received the RSVP. They were reminded to send it in, but still haven't.
I am worried that on May 29, they're going to call up and say that they want to come...

Have they told you they are coming ? - And you just haven't rec'd the response card ? - I know it's annoying but soem people just see that as a formality and feel that you should KNOW they'll be there and the response card is just extra work -- - (which IMO is ridiculous) -

Nope, we called to remind them and just got responses like, 'oh yeah, I'll send it in' with NO indication as to whether they are coming or not...

I would call them again and say you still haven't received their response card and really need to know if they are attending because you have to give the caterer the final count. If they still don't answer, just be more direct with them and say 'so, will you be there?' I wouldn't hang up until I got an actual answer. But that's just me...
