I realized last night that mine and FH's engagement is EXACTLY a year and a half long (to the day!), from the date he proposed to the date of the wedding. Weird how that worked out; I kinda like that it's so specific because I'm a nerd.

When we get married, it will be almost 6 years! We got engaged in college and decided to wait until we finished to think about a wedding

We wanted a short engagement, like 9 or 10 months, but I didn't want to get married in the winter, and there were no early fall 2009 dates available when we started looking.

Wow we've had a long engagment, FH proposed New Years Eve of 06. Was planning my wedding in 07 but then i got preggo with twins so i had to put it on hold for a bit, so it will be a 4yr engagement .......

We were engaged on 4/19/09 & will be married on 7/3/10 so that is 1 year, 2 months & 16 days..... Wow, I thought we would be engaged for at least 1year 1/2 b/f we got married!!!!
