I was going to say 'Gummo' but really that was just a poor film. Sucky, uninteresting, contrived.
I think 'Requiem for a Dream' because it was a great movie, but left me feeling uneasy for days. And even though it was good, I don't think I want to see it again.
OMG-I forgot about Requiem for a Dream, it was such a freaky movie, it totally disturbed me.

Its not scary but I found UNFAITHFUL to be incredibly disturbing. I was mad for like 3 days after seeing it, and I'll never watch it again.

i wanted to see saw so bad...havent yet. OMg boys dont cry so sad ....for some reason Silence of the Lambs .....maybe because sick stuff like that really happens
Silence of the Lambs is the movie I watch whenever I am really sad/cryinbg/depressed-because it tears me out of my pitty pot, and scares the sh*t out of me.

American Pycho with Christian Bale. It was disturbing how unemotional and detached this murderer was, but I admit I found the movie quite amusing. The fact that he painstackingly covered his white living room in plastic just so his furniture wouldnt get blood on it was classic. And I loved how he obssessed over 80's pop music.

OMG, this movie and Hannibal totally freak me out. I get really distrubed when I see him in that mask.

BUTTERFLY EFFECT VERY BAD THINGS
BOTH ABSOLUTELY FREKED ME OUT AND WERE EXTREMEMY DISTURBING TO SAY THE LEAST. SINCE THEN , FOR THE BALANCE OF MY LIFE, I WILL NOT WATCH A DISTURBING MOVIE EVER AGAIN!
