So now that the RH is booked & the photog will most likely be done tonight..whats the next step? the centerpieces & dj are included in the TC winter package.

the ceremony will be held at the RH & we have our priest already. The photo/video we will do tonight.

1)well you still need the location for the ceremony, if its a church or not 2)you need limos, 3) the other flowers for your wedding ( you said the hall is doing the cps, so you need to book everything else) 4)is your cake included???? 5) Videographer if you want one 6)an officiant 7) your dress, your BP dresses 8) The extras, like if you want a cigar roller or special entertainment 9)a DOC if you think you need one
The other stuff like invites, favors and stuff can be done at a slower pace unless you come across amazing deals....
