Normally don't show? trying to put together a final guest list and don't want to be under our min. Not sure if it is 20%.

It really depends, i know people that have had more and way less than 20% respond no, you kind of have to judge for yourself and who you are inviting, and even then some people's responses are going to surprise you.

i've heard 20% but i invited 196 and so far 138 have said yes and 63 said no... and we're actually still waiting to hear from some more people. 138 & 63 = 201 because some people added their own guests but i guess its a good thing because our minimum was 125... either way, its a real toss up. i had a ton of people say no that i thought for sure were gonna be there...

I've heard 20%, but you need to personalize that number to your situation. Based on past brides experiences, it looks like you may need to account for the number of OOT guests, single people you are inviting with guests who may not bring a guest, day of week, etc.
