What's the sentence for pre-meditated murder!!!

Cause I am going to kill this jerk off that says he is my boss.
Let me just explain how much of an idiot this guy is....We have laptops assigned to us and I left mine out yesterday to go somewhere I come back and it's gone. Ok I left it out in the open no prob, he won't tell me where it is. Left me no keys and said you left it out now you suffer the consequences. Well he left all the file cabinets open with everyone in my offices social security numbers home address and phone numbers open. The files cabinets say ADMIN. HELLO!! Can you say fraud!! I would rather a computer be stolen than my identity MORON!!!

that's no way to talk to an employee.

Are you jsut supposed to not work, utnill he forgives you?
Or are you supposed to srcub the floors, untill he deems you worthy of a laptop?

Oh here's the funny addition I just added. I found his laptop. I am using his now. He can keep mine as long as he wants now. I will taking this home with me. I can be a child also.
