My story isn't really funny (about the tickets..above0

I was a disatser date on my first date with FH.

I was 45 min late to the movie, and FH wanted us to go right in when I got there, which was just as the movie started, so he went to s tore while he was waiting for me and bought snacks to bring into the movie He was trying to be nice, not cheap, and it was an official date anyway, but I still bust his chops over it. Then we couldn;t decide where to eat and walked about 2 miles before we decided to go to McDonald's. LOL

I went on a date with a guy I met at a random party. So he comes to pick me up and there is this dude in the backseat. Date guy says that we are gonna pick up the Backseat guy's gfriend and make it a double date. Fine whatever - but when we get to her house she isn't home for some random reason. But backseat guy wants to see the movie so he comes along anyways

So we get to the movie and Date guy proceeds to accuse me of liking backseat guy more than him. Throughout the whole date he is CONSTANTLY saying 'I bet you were on the date with the Backseat guy' blah blah blah. TORTURE. Finally he drops me off home and I SPRINT out of the car.

He calls me the next day and says 'I never saw someone run so fast' (I kid thee not). And yet he didn't take that as a cue NOT to call. LAME-O

A woman I used to work with set me up on a date with her brother...who seemed nice enough.
We went to a diner for dinner, and then afterwards, he suggested walking on the boardwalk....seemed innocent.
While we were walking, we were chatting, and suddenly he said (i promise)
'So, I'm a racist, are you?'
We never went out again

right after my ex and i broke up I met this guy (through a friend) who lived upstairs from him so we met at my friends house and before we went out we had a few drinks in his apartment well he was an 'aspiring ' actor and all over his entire apartment were pictures of himself......and then a ton of pictures of Tom cruise i dont know which was wierder.....needless to say by the end of teh night and a few more drinks in me i was calling him 'maverick' LOL never saw him again

I was on a date with a guy in high school - we went bowling and then as we left the bowling alley in Levittown, he realized that he was getting a flat because he had driven over a pile of glass in the parking lot. So he drives to the Tri-County parking lot where 'all of his friends hang out' to see if they can help him fix it. It was freezing, so I sat in the car as they tried for an hour to PUSH THE PIECE OF GLASS FURTHER INTO THE TIRE!!! They believed this would stop the air from leaking out of the tire. Then they tried a 'tire fixer' gel that one of them had....now its been an hour and a half, the tire is completely flat. And someone says 'I guess we'll just have to use the spare' (which he'd had in the trunk the entire time).

The worst date.. oh boy I have had a couple of those.. but the one that topped the cake was when I was in my mid twenties I went out with this really hot guy he seemed too good to be true.. He took me to dinner at Sparks in Manhatten, everything was going good until he tells me what he really did for a living... that he danced at a gay bar I forget the name ..but I was like OMG .. get me out of here!!

Okay, it was a blind date that I met through a friend of a friend type thing. He seemed nice enough on the phone and had good game (said he had a nice car, good job, own place, etc.).

I picked him up because he said his firebird broke down (not - it was in the driveway -rotted, rusted and in a thousand pieces). His 'place' was actually a back door access room in his parents place. We go to dinner at some place in Huntington (couldn't recall the name) and he paid (that was good). Afterwards he suggests we go take a walk down in Northport. The only thing nice about that experience was the location. After about a half an hour of trying to outmanuever his advances and about two personal digs he threw in my direction, I dropped him home. He smelled like stale milk, it was disgusting. He kept calling me and leaving me messages like 'I don't understand...why are you doing this to US?' and 'If you don't bother to call me back, I'll have to find another girlfriend'. YES, PLEASE DO!!

Another was the same type of setup (same friend which I no longer speak to ). The guy was a total zero - didn't have money for anything except Burger King. Another one with no car, etc. We spent about an hour driving around whereas he 'serenaded' me to my Best of Van Halen tape I had in the car. His voice sounded like that dude who sang 'She Bangs' (William Hung??) and I was forced to throw the tape away because the flashbacks were too vivid for me to get past. Dumped his butt off at the same BK I met him at (and he was actually mad because I didn't want a 2nd date after he bought me a bag of fries )

On a first date with a guy in college we went to a bar to see a band play. His ex showed up. He told me she was psycho and couldn't know we were on a date, so he convinced me to lie and say I was his friend from HS visiting. I don't know why I went along with it, but I did and it was the WORST! We never went out again, but I'm also pretty sure our ruse didn't work, as his ex was involved in our school's small greek system, as was I.

a guy that i was dating i wouldnt let kiss me or anything...i think i was lonely and liked the idea of a companion but this guy was not someone i was very attracted to but he was nice and he took me on such extravagant dates...so he was a nice companion to have

anyway..

he decided to take me on a weekend getaway to newport, ri. i have never been there and i figured maybe after a few cocktails id fall for him...i dont know- it was dumb of me to go.

well...after a day of lunch, strollling on the beach shopping for ME, buying me things, paying for a FANCY dinner, after a few after dinner cocktails i told him i wasnt attracted to him AT ALL and that he should date other girls....

it was soo mean of me....but he just wasnt my type and i wear my feelings on my sleeve..he starts crying right there.. and pulls me back to the hotel....

so we went back to the hotel. i fell asleep and when i woke up the next morning he was crying (in the same positon he was when i fell asleep the night before) and staring at me.

we left and drove allllll the way home with him crying and talking to his mom about me on the phone as i pretended to sleep in the car ride home...

worst car ride EVER!

and get this- he STILL called me after!

I agreed to meet this guy from JDate at Starbucks, where they had an open mic every Monday night - I loved going, and thought this woud be a nice public place, and I could see how he acted in a setting like that...

He arrived while this wonderful, beautiful singer was performing - he was a sheik, so he wore a turban... he had a voice like honey and a personality of a saint - everyone loved him...

So, the guy walks in - I recognized him vaguely by the pic (he took the pic when he was thin and buff at some time in his life - he was chubby when I met him - thats another thing) but I recognized the face... I walked over to him and whispered, 'thats my friend _____ playing, isn't he incredible?'

And this disgusting piece of filth says to me, 'oh really? Is he going to blow us up?'



I gave him a look, told him I was going to sit back down now, and refused to even look at him. The jerk stood there for about 15 more minutes, realized that I was never going to acknowledge him again, and finally left.

The plus side - if you are an A-hole, at least be one in the 1st 5 seconds of a date and get it over with - I mean, why waste a girl's time?

I went on a date with this guy in high school. He was a friend of a friend of a friend. We met at the mall, but I assumed we were going somewhere else from there. We ended up just walking around the mall talking and window shopping. When we passed Victoria Secret he pointed at a outift in the window and said 'you'd look really hot in that.' I ignored the comment and kept walking. Then in the music store, everytime I stopped to look at something he stopped right behind me and rubbed his penis against my butt. Then he told me, my perfume was too strong for him and I smelled. We went to the food court for dinner and got into a fight when I tried to let him down easy.

I was a junior in high school and had just started a pt job. Within one week, this guy asks me out (I was too stupid to realize I was 'fresh meat'). He was older, 19 or so, and out of HS...mysterious.

Our first (and only) date's going really well, movie then dinner at my favorite place; we're getting along great. Then, he tells me how comfortable he feels around me and tells me his story: He's out of HS, but not in college because his parents refused to pay his tuition at the last minute and he consequently had a breakdown and spent the last year in a psychiatric hospital after he tried to kill himself.

Way to kill a great date.

LOL these are too funny....I met a guy online when i was in my early 20's and we really hit it off. we'd stay on the phone for hours, and IM each other almost everday for weeks. He lived with his dad but his dad was going away for the weekend, so he wanted me to stay over. (we still hadn't met in person yet) that monday before, i got so sick and was out of work the whole week. thurs nite i called to tell him i didnt think i'd be able to make it there bc i still felt crappy, he piled on this huge guilt trip of all the plans he made and got kinda pissy with me. like an idiot, i said fine, i'll come anyway. when i showed up, he did not look ANYTHING like his picture and he was a good 7 inches shorter than me (some girls dont mind....i'm not one of them!) and had these little hands and feet ewww...but i felt so guilty that i ended up staying and hanging out with him that night all sick and he was trying to make passes at me even though i was coughing and sneezing all over the place and i just kept telling him i was too sick to do anything. well, i couldn't last the whole weekend so the next day i told him that i felt like i was dying and had to go home. he walked me to my car and i was in such a rush to get out of there, that when i was backing out of the spot, i hit the car behind me and didn't even stop, just kept driving till i got home!!!!

I never really had a bad date. I do get bored easily though. I have cut a few nights short due to lack of entertainment

I went on a date where I gave very clear directions on how to get to my house. He called me several times on the way to my house, lost. Might I add that he was only down the block from where I lived when he pulled over and refused to attempt to try and drive to my house for fear he might get even more lost. So I had to meet him in the parking lot of Staples. I knew right off the bat this guy was NOT a winner.

Through the date, he proceeded to hold my hands. Is it me or isn't that something that should be done with someone you've been dating? The whole date was AKWARD and then he wouldn't get the hint that I wanted it to END.
