What's the worst thing you've ever seen a guest wear to a wedding?

I was looking at some pictures a friend posted on facebook from her cousin's wedding (not in NY) and the dress, ceremony, flowers, cake etc looked beautiful. However, they cut to the pictures of THE GROOM dancing with HIS MOM and she is WEARING LEVIS AND A SWEATER with her hair back in a claw clip!!!!

Her makeup looks nice and it looks like she blow dried her hair... but OMG!

Other guests in the background of the pictures were wearing dresses, shirt/tie, etc and it was at a hall, so I don't think it was super-casual!!

I can't wait to hear back from my friend and see why she was wearing jeans to her son's wedding!

No lie, the groom's mother wore a white lace gown. And he walked her down the aisle so it was like he was walking 2 brides down the aisle. The bride was fuming but what could she do.

I have seen this too. Girls as guests came to the wedding dressing like they are about to jump on their stripper poles or like they were going to a club. HELLOOO its a wedd, dress classy!!!!

I saw this woman at a wedding i went to and had to snap a pic.. really whats with this outfit?

I work at a wedding venue up in Boston. 2 weekends ago a guest showed up wearing a WHITE strapless gown ( to the floor). Granted it had a black sash in the middle, but I honestly thought it was the bride. Every time I walked into the room my eyes went to the bride, and to this guest wearing white. They both stood out equally. I was dying!

It's amazing to me sometimes how utterly clueless people are. Either that or they just don't give a sh!t and think they're above protocol, which is just obnoxious.

ANY shade of white....be it off white, cream, egg shell, even light silver!!! it ERKS me so bad!!!!

FMIL won't tell me what color she is wearing, but she said she wants reds and pinks for her corsage......i hope it's not some blood red number......but it's better than white! I'm thinking its some kind of pink being that she said ' don't worry, your mom won't look good in this color'

I will post my answer to this question right after my wedding... I promise you all that my cousin and his girlfriend will wear something COMPLETELY inappropriate.

As it already is... My cousin swears he is Elvis. He tries to look like him and to sing like him. He is currently in the process of getting fitted for an Elvis wig w/ side burns. Oh and he's already ordered his WHITE Elvis suit..... which by the way, he wants to wear this white elvis suit to my wedding!!!!!

His girlfriend is not much better. She wore a RED halter top with a tight jean mini skirt, BIG red heart hoop earings, and red stilleto open toe shoes to my grandfather's funeral.

Did I mention that my cousin has already asked me if he can sing a song he wrote for our wedding song??? It's a twist of metal with Elvis mixed in.

OMG FH worked a wedding where that happened.....the bridesmaid poured red wine down this girls back that was wearing an off white sundress....FH said that it was white BUT it was a sundress and it was a summer wedding so it wasnt like people thought she was the bride.....then someone drew a moustache on the brides face in her guest signy thing
