I was looking at the side of the screen and I saw the 'store' that LI Weddings has.. I thought .. That's cool... And it looks like a bunch of frilly things and cards and flowers, etc.. and I notice something else... called....
A Musical Thong.. and I couldn't stop laughing.. OMG
I clicked on it.. I saw that it plays.. 'Here Comes the Bride' -- now I could make plenty of jokes about the playing of that song.. but no way.... I have respect for everyone here.
Reading the description of this .. um.. 'article of clothing' hahaha .. they said it makes a great Bachelorette party gift.. and it made me think of a funny question... What's your dream Bachelorette party?
I'm sure that they're much more dignified than the way us guys party.. or are they? (Of course they are. ) LOL

valentinegirl im jealous... i would love to go to vegas or south beach. my group- were going into the city and staying in a suite at a hotel... going to a club- dance drink... i wish it was vegas though... especially since i watch the show...

I would love to go to a very nice,expensive restaurant with all my girls maybe even rent a limo so no one has to worry about drinking and driving. I'm very laid back and I really don't like the whole club scene thing.

My dream for my bachelorette party would be for one, to have the energy I had when I was 18 or so , so I could go out dancing all night.... but at the clubs I used to go to back then....I guess my dream would be to go back in time then, because most of the clubs I used to go to don't even exist anymore.... oh well

My friend's was great. We went to someone's house had dinner, drinks and a stripper. Then we did Kareoko and then went bar hopping.
What I want is the same beginning, Dinner at someone;s house, stripper, drinks then my favorite (gay) piano bar and dancing all night long with my girls- in one place.

Don't worry Oct.Groom, we're not all that classy. I cringe at the thought of a spa.
I'd probably like a sleep- over, but it would probably involve drinking games, rehashing college hook up stories and possibly making fun of.. um, adult movies.
No singing panties though. . . oh yeah, and my 16 year old BM, is not invited

I had mine..
We rented a condo on Ocean Drive in South Beach and arrangements were made to go to some of the hot spots down there.. Had such a great time.. We laughed, ate and drank..
Can't wait to go back..

My dream bacherlorette party would be a weekend affair. I'd love to get a house in Fire Island or the Hamptons for the weekend and the first night we just cook or order in, make lots of mixed drinks and have a teenaged slumber party where we talk about boys and tell funny stories all night and the next day spend a few hours on the beach and then hit a day spa for massages, facials, manicures and pedicures and be whisked away by limo to a nice dinner followed by dancing.
Doubt this will all happen, my MOH is a mom as well as many of my other friends...but this is why OctGroom asked what our DREAM bachelorette party would be.

Very nice responses from everybody.. my FW talked about going to a spa with her BMs.. manicures and pedicures, then dinner and dancing. Sound like a pretty cool night.
She actually organized her sister's bachelorette party and they got something called a 'rumba bus.' They had a great time.

BTW.. I just bought the musical thong.. haha NO.. JUST KIDDING!
