I'm having a Pampered Chef party tomorrow and I'm trying to figure out what to make. What are some of your favorite appetizers to make or just eat for a party?

I always make chicken satay skewers - also really easy and vietnamese spring rolls - both with peanut dipping sauce!

My mom makes this amazing taco dip. It has bean dip on the bottom, small curd cottage cheese, cream cheese, and taco seasoning mixed with lettuce, tomato, and shredded cheese. Delish!
