I'm trying to not stress over this SAME question! I tried to tell FH that his only job would be to choose our first song...but that didn't go so well because he doesn't want that responsibility ahh!

This one's tough! When FH asked me to be his girlfriend ... WAYYY back in 2005, hehe ... he played this song 'Ordinary' by Alston for me. The lyrics are so, so sweet (our favorite line is 'If you're looking for your smile, I'll do that for you') but the song itself is too heavy to be a first dance song and an acoustic one doesn't exist. We'll probably use it in our photo montage though just so we can have it on our day!

As for first dance, we want to pick something that has meaning to us ... way back when, FH gave me a CD of love songs (so corny and cute). There's one called 'The One' by The Prom Kings we're considering. I kind of like the idea of having a song not many people will have heard of!

We're using I Promise You by the Backstreet Boys... yeayeaeyaaaaa I know.. My wedding song is by BSB But I definately did get that OMG THIS IS IT! feeling when we listened to it together

I used 'When you look me in the eyes' by the Jonas Brothers! I got the same reaction about the Jo Bros! But honestly every time i hear the song i cry!
