Mobil, since I have the speed pas, I don't have to fumble with the atm or cc everytime I need to get gas, and it is right on the way to work.

My gas station of choice is the cheapest one I find!! I usually go to some Delta place around the corner from my mothers house. They are the cheapest I found!!
FH is crazy about getting the cheapest gas around. He usually goes to BJ's to get his gas because it it more than ten cents cheaper than other places. I don't put to much time into searching for gas.
Oh and I only go to places that pump it for me!!!

Texaco in Garden City $1.69 but its clean and I can use my Texaco Card.

Really? I only do that if it's really cold or really hot out. One of my friends in Texas had no idea HOW to pump her gas (freak) she had her hubby fill the tank. She had no idea WHERE the gas door was. I was in the car with her and she started freaking out cause she was close to E, I had to put gas in the car for her.
The first time I was in New Jersey (when driving up from Texas with my car) I stopped for gas, got out and tried to pump. Then I was told I was breaking the law? I thought that was so strange.
Full Service in New York varies in my opinion. If you pump my gas, if it's extreme weather and you were timely (not talking shop and leaving me waiting before or after you start the pump) or if you wash my windows, you get a tip. Mostly if you just pump my gas you get no tip. Jim thinks I'm nuts.
In NJ I never tip. Frankly, I can pump my own gas, why should I tip these people when they give me no option but to let them pump?

Hess because they are cheapest
And the Sunoco near me because they pump for you (for when it's cold or bad weather) They are expensive (plus I tip them) but if it's pouring out I'd rather not get out and do it myself.

I say Hess but my DH says Mobil because it has chemicals in their gas that cleans the engine

oct2004bride! I used to LOVE gasoline heaven!!!! In high school we'd all pull up in our cars for $2 in gas just to see the cute guys.

I usually go to the shell that is right up the block from me, because by the time i stop for gas i can only make it that far before I run out!
I usually pump my own gas because its like 10 cents cheaper a gallon to do it around here from what I have seen.
Other than that, Ill get gas at the station right before i get on the belt pkwy in brooklyn because its the same price whether its self or full serve!

Same for me until the Shell station on the corner by my job started getting really cheap & I got a Shell Citibank card that does 5% back on gas purchases and was 10% for the first coulpe of months.

I'm a Hess girl myself - funny I never pumped my own gas until I moved to LI...in Brooklyn I always let the guy do it for me, some places didn't even have Self serve!!
