My wedding is 101 days away and I am so anxious to get those phone calls from my church to pick ceremony music, the rh to pick the menu and things, the dj to go over song choices, etc.
When do these calls usually start coming in?
I can't wait anymore

You might have to wait a bit longer! I didn't start getting these calls until about 60 days out...

my vendors ranged from 60-45 days before.....

my dj JUST called me yesterday for my list of songs..yup a week before..i guess they are used to this so its not as big a deal to get them so soon as we would think.
call your dj and ask when they need the info by-- a phone call cant hurt right?

Okay, I would freak out if it was a week before my wedding and I still hadn't heard from my dj. I am sooooo anal, this is gonna be tough for me I think

Ehhh think of how close you are!! You have seen the 08 brides who are married already,, they keep saying it FLEW by! DONT RUSH IT!! Enjoy every minute.

do all the vendors call you or do you have to call your vendors to set up final appointments?
I always thought I would be calling them- but I am a procrastinator so if they call me that would be perfect!!!

me too, i'm at 46 days and have not received any calls yet. I emailed my dj last week with a question and also asked when we will be meeting with them and they said in about 5 weeks. I went to my rh a few weeks ago to show someone what it looked like and they said i will get a letter soon about making the appointment to go over all the final details

Around a month or so before. But I wouldn't wait for them to call. I called mine.

i havent gotten calls yet and i am at 47 days. Well dj did send me a letter about picking music and give me a dvd with photo montages and a cd with music for suggestions on special dances and stuff like that.
but everyone else, i am just going to contact them soon myself
