My wedding is 10/4.

I would say the middle to the end of August. Try to schedule all your fitting appointments at one time to get more convenient times for yourself. It's a busy time of year for weddings with lots of fittings.

It depends on how much work you need done. I had 3.

HHmmmmm...

I have not even tried on my dress yet and it has been in for a month! I am going in on 8/16 just to try it on and look at it.

Myhusbandsslave- I am 450 lbs. Do you think 3 will be enough?? I am concerned about that.

In all seriousness....I went 5 weeks before...I had one fitting...then went back to make sure that it fit alright...(my weight was pretty much extact from the time I bought it)

I am much lighter- I think my dress will be at least 1 size too big.

For my 2nd fitting. I had a hair and make up trial the same day. I went to my 2nd fitting all done up. I lovedmy hair. however, I flet my eye make up was too faded. I experimented, when I went to my 3rd fitting, I had my 'new' make up trail and loved it.
The 1st fitting should be 6-7 weeks proir to your wedding.
