Where'd you go for dinner? My fave restaurant over there closed a few years ago I used to work at St. Charles.

6.16.08 - my bday - the beach in montauk

we went to montauk for a few days, went out to eat for my bday (FH researched restaurants and made a reservation - he never does things like that!) then went for a walk on the beach

6.25.09 - on the first day of our 9 night cruise to the Caribbean. FH proposed in our stateroom.

7.31.09 @ my house... then he made a beautiful speech in French to my parents... soo romantic and he know French makes me weak in the knees ...

10.3.09 in Paris!

He had actually planned to propose the day before in front of my favorite place in Paris, the Sacre Coeur Basilica, but, as he was setting up his camera to capture the moment, a thief stole our backpack. We ended up spending the next few hours looking for the pack, and trying to get ourselves home.

He ended up proposing the following evening in front of the Eiffel Tower!

i know... it wasn't his original plan which apparantly got ruined (whole other story) but I honestly like the way it happened better. Whenever I tell someone in detail the story it just seems more of an 'us' story lol

I got engaged on 8-19-09, my story is kind of funny…I have been wanting the I-touch for a while. Every time I asked for it he would tell me that Apple *****. So that evening we were watching CSI Miami, I was getting ready for bed and I saw a box that looked like a small book. I then tossed it to the side thinking it was one of my little motivational books. When I lay down I picked up the “the box” and told myself “hmmm, this is no book. I started to open it and BAM! MY I-TOUCH!!!! I was super excited and started kissing him and jumping around like a little girl..lol. He looked at me and said “read the back”……I read the back and it said “To Cathy, the woman I love, Will you marry me”…..I was so in shocked I was like NO…..he said “NO”! I said I mean YES, YES, YES…..I hugged him and he gave me the …
