We decided on a 7 day cruise but how far in advance are you booking it?
I booked my HM over a year in advance. I'm staying at a Sandals resort and my dates for the room FH and I got have been sold out for the past few months. I'm also right after a holiday weekend, so I'm sure that didn't help. I'd say as soon as you're sure about where you want to go and have the money, book it!
We just booked ours about 2 weeks ago! We are going to Punta Cana for 7 days, and airfare tends to get pricier the closer it gets so we wanted the best deal possible. We have also done cruises and I think you get the best deals way in advance.
We are thinking around the 1 year mark we are going to book it. We plan on going to Hawaii for 2 weeks so we want to get the best deal on flights and rooms that we can!
We will be booking ours in the next few weeks!!
We r doing our in the next week.or 2 bc I'm doing a honeymoon registry. Airfare isn't available yet.
I think we are going to start looking this summer but unless we see an amazing deal we aren't going to book until after the wedding. You never know with jobs and where we will be.
We are probably going to book ours soon. My travel agent said the earlier you book a cruise the better the prices usually are and you get a better choice of a room
I am booking mine as soon as the airfare comes out. I would book as soon as you can.
Cruise should be booked early this way you get the room you want and can start booking excursions so you get what you want. We are staying in a royal suite for our honeymoon and there is only one on every boat so I am glad we booked when we did
We just booked our cruise since Royal Caribbean is having an awesome sale this month. Can't buy airfare yet
I'm a travel agent and I have brides booking their honeymoons a year or so in advance. For cruises/Sandals you can do it earlier because their availability is out 2 years in advance. Airfare doesn't come out until 300 days before the date of travel. I'm booking mine as soon as FH decides between Sandals La Toc or a tour of London and Paris :)

We settled on a 7-night cruise yesterday! We booked it with Disney Cruise line and were able to get a much better rate in late August of 2015. So we'll be waiting a few months between the wedding and honeymoon but its well over a year in advance, so we can pay it off gradually.
We are going to Europe for 2 weeks to explore. ... but it's a year after our wedding due to my job
