Sounds good! Your getting married the week before me!
I just didn't want to overload my guests and bridal parties mail boxes! This month I have sent our Bridal Shower thank you's and invites!

Debi mailed hers a day or two ago, for her June 21st wedding. Dinner is night before the wedding. Mary MOB

Not sending out invites. I'm hoping to have a very intimate dinner with the BP and our families. We've extended the invite to signficant others...but honestly, I'd be just as content if not everyone showed up. So that's why...no formal invite....just a phone call.
