Hello Ladies! I am trying to decide when I should take off from work for the wedding. My wedding is a Sunday and I was thinking to take off the Wednesday before. Should I just be safe and take the entire week off? I was going to take two weeks after the wedding as well for honeymoon. Just wondering what everyone else is doing so I can start requesting my time off!!

my wedding is on a friday but my work is closed that day for veteran's day. I am taking off wednesday and thursday before the wedding and then after the wedding for the HM.

My wedding is on a Saturday... I am taking off Thurs. & Fri. before and a week and a half after the wedding for honeymoon. So all together I have 14 days off in a row

I am only taking the 2 days before the wedding (Thurs/Fri) and then the 2 days after the wedding (Mon/Tue). I'll be going back to work that Wednesday since we are not going on our HM right away.
I think 2 days before for me is fine. The RD is on Thursday so we'll be driving out in the morning with my mom and DOC to the RH to drop everything off at the Riviera. We going to do our walkthrough of the setup then.
Then the day before is just for relaxing.

I'm taking off the full week before the wedding and 2 weeks and 1 day after it for our honeymoon.

this except I am not closed on Friday. Im taking Wed. Thurs Friday and 2 weeks after.

im taking off the entire week before and the entire week after (my wedding is a saturday)
I was only going to take 3 days before but when i looked at my timesheet i have about 5 weeks vaca to use so may as well not stress and take the days!

i have limited days and i'm taking just 1 day off before the wedding. i told my sup that i might have to take 2 days depending on how much errands i'll have left over. i hope not too much!

My wedding is on Sunday but I'm not taking any time off I'm HOPING my boss will let me leave early friday since my mom will be in from out of town and I will need to get my nails done with out my youngest daughter.... we'll see tho!

Taking off Thursday and Friday (9/8 and 9/9) before the wedding then the next three weeks (Basically have all of September off and I can't wait!!!

I only work 3 shifts a week so I'm working Sunday and Monday and that's it the week of the wedding (I was able to take one vacation day) and then I'm off the whole next week, and the week after that I'm only working Saturday, so I took 2 vacation days, so I took 6 total (2 weeks worth)!
ETA getting married on a Friday! But have to go to the hall and check into our room on Thursday afternoon.

Tomorrows my last day ill be off wed and won't be back till thurs. But take as much time as you can I wish I took for starting today. I have so much to do by friday my mind hasn't stopped running all day.

my weddings on the thurs before veteran's day (so im off that fri) but I am gonna take the tues, wed, and (obv) thurs.... then the monday after!

My wedding is a Friday. I am taking off Wednesday, and Thursday. Then Monday to Wednesday, the following week for I can organize everything, and change my name on everything. We are not going on a honeymoon til July.
