My DH started looking to buy a house right when we started dating, but never found one. We kept looking together for fun and right after we got engaged we found our house. We closed in July of 2002 and DH moved in. We spent the summer gutting the house and fixing it up. We got married in Oct. 2002 and I moved in. We are still doing rennovations!

We puchased our home end of 1999 (well, actually we went to closing in the beginning of 2000, but the process of going to contract, etc., started at the end of 99).We purchased the home one year before we got engaged.
