When I visited it a couple months ago. I haven't started alterations yet tho, so that will need to be paid.

brought it home, being that i'm using my FMIL's friend to alter the dress (she did FSIL's and another friend and neither one had complaints)
even if i did get it done at the place, I would have paid it...one less bill off my mind.
