What hall was the one? What was it about a particular hall that gave you butterflies?

The look on FH's face when we walked in the lobby. He had to bite the inside of his cheek to keep from grinning like a goofball during the entire tour and while we were negotiating. LOL

I think I already told you but I was in a fashion show there when I was in 8th grade and knew I wanted to have my wedding there from then lol..but never thought we could afford it so I always kept it in the back of my mind. But FH wanted it also and was going to do everything possible so that we have it there

we actually didnt want to look at the chateau briand... but decided too because i saw the outside and loved it i thought there was no way. we decided it would be the first one and we would get use to asking questions and what not. We went and walked out ready to book. When we walked out I said to FH..'Watch the minute we say we love it she will say its b/c its the first hall you saw' (her being my mom)... when i said we loved it-- she totally agreed.. We wanted modern and loved it. We looked at more halls just in case but we loooooooooved it... It was just a feeling

We originally were booked with another RH...for some reason somehting just didnt feel right. I didnt know what it was and I still dont but that 'feeling' just wasnt there.
Once we walked into the Riviera I knew that this was 'it'. I fell in love and now i have no second thoughts.
In my opinion (this is just me personally) when something isnt sitting right with me theres a reason and Im usually right about it.

Its normal to second guess things but if its dwelling on you maybe check out some other places

I knew a couple of months ago when we went to tour Westbury Manor and there was a wedding in progress. Walking through the cocktail hour and seeing the tropical birds perched on tree limbs and watching the roaming peacocks walk the grounds, made me fall in love with it!!! To be in the mix of everything filled me with such an amazing feeling that I had never gotten before. What sealed the deal though, was a wedding guest telling me I had to get married there!!!!!!!!

Well we knew it had to be on the water, that was mandatory for us bc we both love the beach and water so much. When we walked into Bridgeview(esp the reception room) we were both like WOW. I was trying so hard not to show the woman how much I loved it bc I was afraid she would charge us more lol. The second we walked out I said I wanted to book there and he agreed! The other halls we saw just didn't compare at all.

When I got so sick of FH whining about having it at Russo's (my second choice) that I wanted to slap him in the face, I knew I had to give in for the sake of our marriage

I didnt know at first. I went to visit the hall 5 times before we signed the contract and i wish i was exaggerating.

FH loved it the second he saw it. I wasnt sold on it and wanted to keep looking. A few weeks later after we decided to go from March to August we went to look again and I loved it that time.

Villa is sooo gorgeous. If we could have afforded it we would have gone there but we just cant swing it.

we went to a wedding there and loved it! When we got engaged we said we had to go look, and we booked the same day.

we actually never got the 'i know' feeling. Our rh was not even built yet when we booked. They had steel in the ground. we just went for it because of location.

We knew that day! We booked 2 appointments and we liked the first place we went to but we loved chcc as soon as we drove up. Everything about it was what we wanted and we wanted to book right there!!!

We went to see one more hall after that and still loved chcc so we made another appt to bring our parents and they loved it too! We couldn't be happier with our choice.

it was my second choice because of the x mas decorations and the Normandy room oh and a good price and FHs father was paying for it and had said he liked it.

I knew it the second we walked in there. We had gone to FHs cousins wedding the previous year and it was always on my mind. I love the decor and the old fashioned feel to it. I went to two other RHs but there was no competition WM was the one.
