I just registered like 2 weeks ago. i was in no rush but my shower invites are going out soon so i had to.
you have time - if you do it too soon things might get discontinued... maybe by early summer?

Our wedding is the end of July and we just registered this past weekend, so we registered a little over 5 months away.
People register for their e-party, so I don't think it's too early if you register in April or May.

We started in late Nov but only finished it in January (that's when we put bedding/towels/etc. and last minute stuff on)....but our dishes we know won't be discontinued b/c they're fiestaware

We did it last september or october. and we had one at macy's from over 2 years ago cause we had an e-party and people bought us stuff from there.

We did it a year in advance because we were having our engagement party. We're uodating both now and adding more stuff since a lot of things were already bought.
