I bustled after photos when we arrived at the hotel. I def. wanted it up before we were announced at RH

I stayed un-bustled until mid reception because I still had some portrait shots to take out on the golf course that I wanted my whole dress for.

(So I held my train with the loop sewn underneath for my first dance.)

with my sisters wedding, I bustled her gown right before entering the receptions. She didn't want it dragging behind her when she was announced to the crowd.

I bustled my gown right after our first dance. I held onto the loop of the dress while we danced our first song. I wanted everyone to see my gorgeous dress! Not everyone went to the Church (City).

You know what? I honestly cannot remember when I did it. Then again I only had a sweep train to begin with so either way it wasn't that big of a deal. I want to say I did right after the ceremony, before we went into the CH, but I can't be sure.

yes, bustle it before you come in during the reception. otherwise its hard to move on the dance floor.

i did it halfway through pics. I wanted to do it as soon as i got out of the church but photographer said to leave it unbustled for pics. it was getting in the way so much and i had to always pick up my dress and hold it in my hand along with my veil, so i finally had to bustle it during the pics.

lol i couldn't take it. BUt then again my photographer had me climbing up walls so it was just getting in the way. It was hard enough for me to get up on a wall, Dh had to jump up first and then the videographers had to pick me up and give me a boost so then i can jump over this thing lol. So for me to hold on to my veil and my dress and try to climb up was very hard.

I bustled it after the first dance. I wanted it long for the first dance after that- I had it bustled right away.

LOL...guess it was a smart idea to bustle I did not have trouble with my train when I went in the RH, but it was a hassel for picture...my BM weren't all that helpful, and my poor MOH was dealing with my vendors all day!
