I dont know when I buy my dress! Im getting married may 25 08. I was in a bridal store today getting a fitting for my friends wedding and I happened to ask an attendant if they had the maggie dress ive wanted, and they do!!!! If I try it on, Im going to want to get it...but...I started weight watchers and have been losing weight. What do I do????? HEELPP!

im in the same boat as you ...i just started weight watchers so i kinda wanna wait until i lose weight to try on gown just so i can get a betta idea of what i will look like in my gown ...

A co-worker of mine owns a Bridal shop, she says allow 9 months, however, anywhere I have gone says 6 months. I think if you find one you love...buy it! You can always take it in.
My sister gave me some good advice...If you order it far enough in advance, custom order the length. She says it saved her a ton on alterations.
