Everyone that's gotten married, says that you lose 15 lbs before the wedding, because you can't it.. HELLO!!!!! I'M eating like a PIG!!! Well, I just haven't changed my eating habits.. I want to lose weight, but stress makes me it.. ahh.. anyway.. just wondering

I dunno...I did not change any eating habits, but my dress was a size too big when I went for my first fitting about 1 and a half months before!!

Never happened for me. I lost 20 pound 8 months before my wedding and that was it!! And I definitely needed to lose a lot more than 20 pounds. You'll be gorgeous so don't even worry about it.

That didn't happen for me!!! I had to work my butt off to lose weight before the wedding. Especially in the weeks getting closer because I also eat when I'm stressed!
I was working out 4-5 times per week and I did weight watchers. I've never been able to 'magically' shed weight like that!

I was on a diet the six month before my wedding and dropped 15lbs then the week before my wedding i dropped 13lbs from stress and running around like a crazy lady. I didn't think i would lose that much weight the last week but it happened to me. I looked to skinny in some of my pics so be careful.
