My wedding is this weekend and I need to know when I should be tipping the photographer. I have heard so many different things. Do we tip him that night, tip him when we pick up the proofs or do we tip when we pick up the final album. I thought you would tip him based on the proofs so it would be at the pick up of the albums. Then some people said that evening but my only concern would be what if I'm not happy with the final results. Help!!!!!

We are paying the rest of our balance when we pick up our albums and the final stuff. I would tip him for the night of the wedding. That is the night that he is actually doing the work, so I would tip him that night.

our intention was to tip him on the night of the actual wedding but our MOH/BM forgot to give the envelopes so I'll be giving the envelopes the day I return to pay him the balance.....

I'd tip the night of the wedding. Unless of course you're not planning on tipping WELL, then I'd suggest you wait till you never have to see him again. haha. You still want that album & him to get everything done as perfect as possible

I plan on tipping everbody 'WELL' I was just asking to make sure of when to tip the photographer since I've been told so many different things and I also need to put all the money in order.
