When do you ask the RB and FG parents to have their kids be a part of the wedding? Also the readers at the church? Our wedding is still over a year away and I wanted to ask everyone in person but I wont see my cousin (reader) and her son(RB) until Thanksgiving since they live upstate. Is the phone too impersonal or can I put it off that long? I dont want it to look like they were teh second choice when they were far from that.
Any suggestions?

personally I would wait until Thanksgiving or as long as possible because what if you change your mind?

i would ask them when you see them over the holidays- just a little more personal that way.

You have time so I would do it at the holidays. I just asked one reader tonight over the phone because I haven't seen her and probably won't until the wedding.
