I am not getting married til July 2010. I think we will end up doing a Sandals All Inclusive. How early do you book your honeymoon normally? Some friends of mine were saying we should book now (that seems too early to me booking a year in advance). My cousins told me that it's better to book maybe 4 or 5 months before. Opinions??

coming from a prior travel agent... I would say book 6 months prior..You want to make sure you secure your best price and do it with someone who is a knowledgable in the resort. Some sandles are more pricier then others and some are in different locations within the destination. Jamaica has two I believe, sandles whitehouse and sandles montego bay. Usually They have promotions,so check on their website and print out the deal and show it to your travel agent.

I would say as soon as you can. You want to lock in those 2009 rates and the best airfare rates

I booked mine back in December... the airfare wasn't available yet so we waited on that until May. With sandals, if the prices goes down before your final payment they will adjust it for you-- I saved another $800 this way, but you have to call to request the adjustment. HTH!
