No, you need at least 2 forms in all Town Clerk's Offices. Your best bet (and I recommend this to everyone) is to call the clerk's office you intend to go to and ask exactly what they accept. Good luck!

I've heard of brides getting more than one copy so that they can change their name with banks, etc. Does anyone know if this is true? If so, is anyone getting more than one copy? How many?

You can get more than one copy of your marriage CERTIFICATE. The marriage license is the paper that gets filed with the state. I don't usually see anyone getting more than one copy of the certificate, because most places only want to SEE the certificate, not keep it. Hope this helped!

I have a quick question! You can get it 60 days before, but I read in an article starting the next day after you get it so can I get it on the 61 days before? Only b/c I happen to be getting off work early that day and I dont want to take anymore time off!!!

We went to Manhasset Town Clerk on Plandome Road- closes at 3:45 and you need $40 cash, and two forms of id (drivers license and birth certificate).
