10 days prior. I can add more after that date but can not reduce

we have to give them the final count and final payment two weeks before the wedding.

It should be on the contract. Mine says 'The engagor will notify the Swan Club by telephone no later than 48 hours prior to the commencement of the affair as to the final count of persons attending'
Its #12 on the contract towards the bottom of the page.
