Like how many months before the wedding is typical???

I sent them out 3 months before b/c I have a lot of OOT Guests and we didn't send out save the dates. Our RSVP date was 5 weeks before the wedding.

I would send yours out the 1st week of March.

Thanks. When do I need to actually order the invites? How long does it on avg take to have them made up. I might make them myself but I don't know if I will have the time.

I sent my invites out about 2 1/2 months before the wedding. The RSVP date was about 1 1/2 months before the wedding.

This is what we are doing..

Send out Invites - 8/1
RSVP - 9/10
Wedding Date - 10/11

i am thinking about doing it right after thanksgiving cause people get crazy with the holidays and i want to send it out before the bid xmas rush

I ordered mine a month before but they only took about a week to come in once I approved the proof.
