Hey girls! When do u usually send out the save the date magnets? How many months before your wedding?

I would think to send them like 6 months before, but some people send them out a year in advance

Im probably going to send mine out about 10 months before just because I dont want anyone to make other plans on my wedding day

I started mailing them out in March (10 months before).
Of course, there are still a few stragglers waiting to go because no one will get me addresses, but they still 'MUST get a save the date'
FH's brother didn't even get one until Mother's Day because I didn't have his address in Florida!!!!

I did mine this month. A year before! Anywhere from 6 to 12 months is the norm, unless your having a destination wedding.

My Wedding is in May & I will probably send them about 10 months before

i'm getting maried in June...so sending them out 8 or 9 months before....so September or October

I'm sending mine out a year in advance since our wedding is around the holiday season.

We are handing ours out about a year in advance, at our e-party which is at the end of August, its a great way to save $$$ on postage.

I am a May bride and hoping to send mine out sometime soon..... that is when I finally order them.

6-12 months in advance..they say 12 months if your big day is on a holiday weekend

im sending mine june 1st, from march

I'm getting them out 1 year before. It is a magnet so I'm not worried about it being too far in advance but if I were only sending a card save-the-date, I would wait until about 6 months before.

For summer wedding I would say a year. Summer is a very busy time and people are planning vacations and so forth.
