Why cant you apply? I don't think u HAVE to have the hall booked to enter the contest. Do you?

When I spoke to John, he told me that it was supposed to happen at the bridal extravaganza in september, or he might have something at flower michele and announce the winner there around the same time (in september)...But just in case, I would suggest that you call in ASAP and get the next available appointment just to make sure you're in it..
