When is everyone starting their hair/makeup trials?

I wanted to go to several places to try different styles and makeup. I was thinking of doing that this summer.
Do artists book up early? How do you know what will look good with your dress?

i'm probably just going to use my regular hair dresser bc she's awesome, lol. so i'm not doing trials until next year. as far as make up, i'm not really sure yet.

I don't know when I'll do a makeup trial. I know I'm going to have my regular stylist do my hair, but he wants to wait to do a trial because he thinks I might change my mind in a year.

I might be early but I booked my hair appt with CosmoNY for early May and my make up for a week after that. I might be early but a little overly organized and all we have left to book is hair and make up

I'm psyched though, and I'm going to do my first trial in October with Jenn and Oksana, both same day . . . just scheduled it for a nice three day weekend when I can visit LI and stay a while!
