April - b/c I'm biased...I'm just scared to death of snow...and I will never forget when it snowed on 11/15/96 - my sweet 16 that I celebrated a month in advance b/c I thought snow would definitely fall in december....

Yes tough choice, well weather wise I believe it should almost be the same except for chances of rain in April.

It all depends on what background you really would like to have for your pictures. Would you like to see flowers blooming or would you like to see the leaves on the ground or perhaps even snow depending when in November?

I say go with May

i like the cool weather and fall foliage of nov. i am also pretty early- 11/05, so i am reasonably sure it won't snow.

It has snowed in April so either way you have a chance of snow. But I think its cheaper in November I would do the begining of November the leaves would look so pretty or the end of April.

We did 11/06, and it was 70 degrees and gorgeous. I would not have done late November, but I would be afraid of April showers. Price wise at our hall I think April still fell in the winter months and was the same if not cheaper than Nov.

my reasoning is, I LOVE THE FALL!!!!! it's my favorite season!! and early Nov. is peak foliage

ETA: another reason is b/c it's my b-day in April and I remember vividly missing school on my b-day b/c of a snow storm (April 6th)

As a fall bride I'm biased, but I seem to recall opening day at Yankee Stadium being postponed due to expected snowfall, only 3 years ago. Late April would therefore be better than the beginning, and early November would be better than the beginning (for the same reason - snow).

April but of course! November is really pretty too but it depends on what youre looking for- I wanted that fresh spring look and it went with all of my decor and colors the lighter colors and I felt April was a good time of year for the guest too- not near the holidays and everyone loves the spring after a crappy winter! but if you like the fall ( which I love the fall as a season) and you like darker colors then go with november. it is really pretty too with the fall colors!

november. april rains too much. my b-day is in april and it almost always rains and is COLD. november has more nice days than april IMO

That's what we can't figure out however it was just suggested to do the Sat. after thanksgiving b/c family will be in, I dunno

I like the weather in Nov better than April because April can bring some nasty rain! I only remember how bad it is b/c that's my birth month and it always rains on my b-day! Plus, I almost chose Nov. b/c I like the leaves and the weather is usually reasonable!
