When is it too late for shower thank yous?

I had my shower 3 weeks ago and my wedding this past weekend, Is it too late for me to send out shower thank you notes???

It's never too late to send out thank you notes. If you don't get them out soon, I'm sure that your guests will miss them.

Its definitely not too late! I think people will be understanding since your shower was so close to your wedding date. I would try to get them out asap.
I was a nut and wrote all of mine out the night of the shower

I read a help column and the columnist said its never too late... and i agree. I rather get a thank you late then not get one at all.

It's never too late to send a thank-you. In your case I think your shower guests will understand the delay. I think it took me three weeks to get them all written and out.

I agree...Never too late. the wedding TY's can wait a bit longer.. people understand you probably are waiting for pics.

MUCH better late than never.

I'd get those shower thank yous out ASAP!! People do notice when you don't send them... but they don't generally get upset when they are a little late...

My cousin had her shower in February & got married in April. I didn't get a thank you until mid August for the shower & thought it was completely rude. But you only had 3 weeks until your wedding, people will understand that you were busy but I would get them out ASAP!

Never too late! And since its been such a tight time period b/w your shower and your wedding, I'm sure people did not expect to receive a thank you before the wedding. However, now that all the festivities are over, you'd better get on it. Otherwise, it's just very rude.

I'm assuming your shower guests attended your wedding as well.

I would write a collective thank you to your shower guests thanking them for both the shower AND wedding.

My friend who got married LAST year just gave me a thank you card. I had totally forgot about it. I think a year is a bit late.

I wrote my shower thank yous on the plane to my HM. I mailed them as soon as I returned. My shower was a month before the wedding and unfortunately, Christmas and New years were the weekends following.
