When is Memorial day?

May 26th or June 2?
one seems early and the other late. My calendar doesn't show it.

I am positive it is the 26th - I know this because it is the day after my graduation but the day FH flies back home to MI

I wanted to go away for the weekend because the kids have off. But that day doesn't work. Ugg. Commitment in queens Sunday and Friday we are taking friends to dinner. Oh well. Maybe we can take a long weekend in late June. Thanks for your fast replies/
