When is Pre-cana?

How long before the wedding does the church contact you for precana?

When is Pre-cana?

I think it depends on the church. Usually whenever the next one coming up before the wedding is. We got an email about one that was this October but we're not getting married for another two years so we'll catch the next October one. My church does on session in spring and one in the fall.

Our wedding is in July and the church just called us last week to let us know we start in Jan

When is Pre-cana?

It depends on the church. Mine has sessions in the fall and spring. Since we are getting married April 2015, we did ours last month.

When is Pre-cana?

Depends on the church. We are getting married next November but already completed Pre Cana. The Deacon at our church just signed us up for the next session they had, which happened to be fall of this year. I am glad we got it out of the way though. Less to stress about.

When is Pre-cana?

Our parish lets us choose to do it either at that parish or any in the Diocese of RVC. We are completing pre cana in a few weeks in one weekend vs 6 weeks.

When is Pre-cana?

Depends on your parish. My church didn't have a very convenient schedule, we ended up doing a weekend pre cana with Dicoese of RVC. We're getting married next April and did ours one weekend last June. We were a little hesitant to take up a whole weekend, but it was totally worth it!
