When is the best time to shop for MOB dress?

I need to start shopping for my dress. Are weekends crazy crowded? Are evenings any better? I'm thinking that during the week in the day would be best.

I say if you can go during the week wither during th day or evening that is best time to go, they will be more helpful.

We went to several bridal salons for her and for me on Saturdays because my daughter works during the week. Better places take appointments and it wasn't bad at all.

Since I bought a MOG gown for my son's wedding almost 10 years ago and a MOB gown for my daughter's wedding this past May, I just didn't want to go that route again for my other son's wedding next month. I went to the designer gown dept. in Lord & Taylor in the city and I got a gorgeous gown on clearance and then used a 20% off coupon to take off even more. Because I didn't pay full price for the gown, I had to pay for alterations, and they weren't cheap. It was so easy, though, so I went for it. I'm picking it up this Thurs. and so far I have an excellent opinion about them and recommend them highly.

Good luck. I know what a hard decision these gowns are.
