You have to get it at least 24 hours before your wedding date because it takes 24 hours from the time you receive it for it to mature.

has to be no later than 24 hours to your ceremony. ....but i wouldn't advise waiting til the day before your wedding??? lol

Also...the Town of Oyster Bay Town Clerk has late nights on the 2nd and 4th tuesday of the month. There is one tomorrow and the next one is August 11th. They are open until 7:30 and its $40 in cash to get it.
