just out of curiousity.. how much before your wedding are you planning on having your bachelorette party? my maid of honor thinks.. (she's a bit delusional) that we're going to be partying hard at my bachelorette party the night before the wedding.. she has no idea... lol.. luckily the rest of my bridal party (the sensible ones) are shooting for a week prior.. but i'm curious as to what is the 'norm'..

my sister's was this past sunday and her wedding is october 13th.

mine is dec 8th or dec 15th about a month before.
my wedding is january 12th but the weekends before are taken up by: rehearsal dinner, NYE, Christmas, my birthday etc.
My friend is getting married Nov 23 and hers is Oct 5-7.

I was talking about this with my girls. We are planning for it in April (spring break) where everyone has off. We were thinking of something different : Amsterdam

First weekend in February - two weeks before the wedding. That's the football bye week - so it works for everyone. And by everyone, I mean FH.
