how they dress (kinda included in 'looks'). Also i am planning on watching videos of them to see if they are in your face or boring or whatever.

Definitely personality. We clicked with our MC right away and knew we wanted him for the day. He does also have a great 'MC voice' so that was an added bonus. We felt very comfortable that he was going to do exactly what we were looking for him to do for our wedding.

Personality...he has to be fun and outgoing but not annoyingly so. His voice also has to be clear so people can understand him when he speaks.
Also can't be an ugly dude, no offense

.... You should see how HE IS AT A WEDDING.. Like how HE ACTS...
I have seen some MC that are just 'WAY TOO CRAZY'... and some that are just 'WAY TO BORING'....
