when should i become a bridezilla?

My dress is still not in! I ordered it last May, thats nine months ago.
I called them in the beginning of January and the told me it would be in the end of Jan. - beginning of Feb. Here it is Feb. 13, and still no call. So I call them today and they tell me the dress is still not in and the lady today says they don't know when it will be here, she will give my name to the office or something.
So, at what point to I need to be bridezilla about this. They have my wedding date as May 7, so that would be less than 3 months away.... shouldn't it really be here by now?

If it were me, I would be getting pretty close. I would definetly call the office # they gave you!

I'm pretty calm at the moment, but getting worried.
The designer is Jasmine. One of my BMs says I should start calling them every day until they tell me the dress is in. Thats just not me though.

I would call and demand to speak with a manager and if they refuse, go down there and demand it. If there any future brides in there and hear what's going on, the business will want to make things better for you in order not to lose business!

I would definitely be persistant but I will say that my dress came in about 3 weeks ago and I'm getitng married more than a month before you. Usually, your first fitting is around 2 months before your wedding. I undertsand why you're concerned, just trying to say don't panic yet!

I would call them tomorrow and talk to a manager and find out where is it, just be calm when you talk to them

Tell them if you don't start getting answers from them.... you will be contacting the media and the BBB..maybe that will get their a$$es in gear
