Need Some Advice Girls Our wedding is May 20, 2005 - I was SO afraid I would NEVER find a wedding gown, I went a few weeks ago to start my search and i found a GORGEOUS dress (I'd attach a pic, but I can't figure out how to do it !!) - Anyway, now I'm stressing over wheter or not I should keep looking, and when/where I should look - etc. - Any ideas ??

Im April 05.. Ive been to several stores, and it keeps coming down to the same dress!!
If you LOVE it, and it fits your budget, why make it harder to keep shopping?

Consider yourself lucky that you found your gown so soon! I drove myself nuts looking for a gown and I knew I was going to be difficult. Count it as one thing off that enormous list and stop looking! You found you dress!! Congrats!! Just don't order it until May or so.
Tell me the designer and style # and maybe I can post a pic for you!

I would not buy anything until about 9 months ahead of time. There is always the chance that you will see something else you like better. Why take the chance? You can always get the dress.

I agree with am740 - in a way I dont know how it feels to fall in love with a dress... but I know the way I am and I have changed my mind so much on so many things ( except the groom!) and I would be so afraid that something better would come along... or my luck it would be on clearance by the time I had to actually order it! plus at least shop around on the price!!

If you do love something and you know in your heart of hearts that it is the one get it. I got my dress a year and a half before. It was discontinued after being out for only 5 motnhs. I know how I am and after trying on so many dresses I kept thinking of that first one. (I did get mine)
