FH and I are deciding when to leave for our honeymoon. Should be leave immediately following the reception to make a 9pm flight or wait to the next am 745 so we can say goodbye to our guests and relax a little.

MY brother and SIL left that night... and they had the worst honeymoon ever! LOL... they both got sick and my brother dislocated his shoulder... so imagine being on the bowl and only have 1 good arm...

I am getting married on the 16th and were leaving on the 19th...

I wanted to give myself time to recover and to hang out with my fam that traveled here to the wedding before we go...

I would definitely say the next day...or even two later if you can swing it. As the other girls have said - you don't want to rush the day of your wedding to make it to the airport! Relax and enjoy the day FH and I are getting married on a Sunday, then leaving for our HM first thing Tuesday morning - we definitely wanted to have the buffer day to enjoy with our families and OOT guests and pack the last minute things...

Next day! we're staying at the fox hollow (included in our RH) for the night of our wedding and then come home and take a night flight to italy i think. (if we can afford it) haha. ur going to be exhausted and you wont want to be sitting in an airport.
