FH lives in Miami and really wants to be involved in some of the last minute stuff (especially the Reception Menu planning) I was wondering would it be to early to meet with Fox Hollow in the middle of May (since that is when FH will be in town for my b-day)
That sounds a little early to me, but why don't you explain why you want to do it early to the people at Fox Hollow, and they might agree to do it...I can't see them saying no. I would just call and ask, that way your FH can be involved in the planning!

it does sound early but if the both of you will be in town, it doesnt hurt to stop by...
