My fiance lives in England, so I asked the hall when we should do the menus and linens and such. I said DF would be here Feb or two weeks before the wedding and asked when is the right time to do it... the BM was so easy going. He said it didn't matter to him, which ever we prefered.
I'd say to just ask the hall when they prefer to do it.
ETA: I hope that makes sense

6 weeks before the paper work got sent to me and I just had the meeting to finalize it this past Thursday...I was antsy too to get it done bc I wanted to get my menus done but they told me to just wait
