When should you mail invitations to OOT guests?

When should you mail invitations to OOT guests?

I was thinking I should mail out the OOT invitations earlier than the normal invitations?

Our wedding is at the end of May.

Is February too early to mail invitations for OOT guests?

We are going to mail our normal invitations in March and have an April RSVP date.

we're going to mail out our oot (theyre from ireland) invites early...cuz based on who is coming from those is how we're going to figure out what we have to work with regarding our in town guests.
